Ostrich steaks with Coummandaria (sweet wine) sauce

Ingredients:

8 ostrich steaks
(120 gr. each)
Finely chopped onion 100 gr.
Brandy 50 ml
Red Wine 50 ml
Coummandaria (sweet wine) 50 ml
Flour 200 gr.
Parsley  
Salt, Pepper  

Coat the steaks with flour. Sauté the steaks with olive oil in the frying pan. Add the onion until golden brown. Add the brandy and allow the flame to burn for a few seconds and then pour in the red wine. Cook well until the sauce thickens. Add Coummandaria. Simmer in low heat and stir occasionally until the sauce is ready. Add the parsley. Dish is served with boiled vegetables and chips.
