Ostrich steaks in lemon juice
Ingredients:
8 ostrich steaks

| Finely chopped onion |

| Brandy |

| White Wine |

| Flour |

1/2 lemon |
| Parsley |

Coat the steaks with flour. Sauté the steaks with
olive oil in the frying pan. Add the onion until golden brown.
Add the brandy and allow the flame to burn for a few seconds
and then pour in the white wine. Cook well until the sauce
thickens. Add the lemon juice. Simmer in low heat and stir
occasionally until the sauce is ready. Add the parsley. Dish
is served with boiled vegetables and chips.
