Ostrich Goulash stewed

Ingredients:

Ostrich Goulash 600 - 800 gr.
Vinegar 40 ml
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Bay leaf 1
Fresh Thyme 1 sprig
Red Wine 150 ml
Finely chopped tomatoes 50 gr.
Olive oil 100 ml
Water 400 ml
Small Onions 1000 gr.
Cloves 1-2
Cinnamon 1 piece
Flour 200 gr.
Finely chopped parsley 5 gr.
Salt, Pepper  

Coat the meat with flour stir fry little by little. Add the vinegar, the garlic and the bay leaf. Boil in same saucepan the wine, water, the tomatoes and the thyme. Empty in a stewpot, cover and simmer until meat is cooked. Meanwhile saute the onions in olive oil. Add the onions, the cinnamon and the cloves in the stewpot. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
