Ostrich Goulash stewed

Coat the meat with flour stir fry little by little. Add
the vinegar, the garlic and the bay leaf. Boil in same saucepan
the wine, water, the tomatoes and the thyme. Empty in a stewpot,
cover and simmer until meat is cooked. Meanwhile saute the
onions in olive oil. Add the onions, the cinnamon and the
cloves in the stewpot. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
