Ostrich meatballs

Ostrich mince

| Olive oil |

Coarsely grate the potatoes and the onion. Place the grated
potatoes, the grated onion, the mince, the eggs, the parsley,
the pepper, the cinnamon, the salt, the olive oil in a bowl
and mix well. Shape the mixture into oblong meatballs and
deep fry them on both sides until golden brown.
